The Spring House Fitness and Equipment Room is loaded with state-of-the-art equipment to help you continue to pursue your fitness goals whether you are vacationing with us or call the Okemo Valley your home. We feature:

  • elliptical trainers by Precor and True
  • treadmills by Landice and True
  • upright and recumbent bicycles by True
  • 11 pneumatic selectorized resistance stations by Keiser
  • dumbbells ranging from 3 to 75 lbs
  • an assortment of bars and plates and benches
  • a vertical chair and dip station
  • decline adjustable abdominal board
  • mats for stretching and abdominal work
  • an assortment of swiss balls, bench steps and resistance bands


The Spring Center & Studio

For your entertainment during your workout, the Fitness and Equipment room features XM Satellite Radio that plays on a state-of-the-art sound system and two 50" flat screen televisions.

Did you know The Spring House offers Activtrax training?

Activtrax is our new training program designed for everyone from first timers to seasoned gym rats. Activtrax is included with Blue Square and Black Diamond memberships- all you need to do is check the email account that was used on your member application to enroll online. After completing a brief questionnaire, you’ll print out a self-test to perform here at the Spring House. Drop off your evaluation with our staff, we’ll enter the results into the system for you. The next time you come to the Spring House to work out, you’ll have a personalized training program based on your answers to the questionnaire and your test results. Pick up the workout at the front desk, fill in the appropriate area during your workout and return it when you are finished. Each time you come in, we’ll have a new workout waiting for you. Not sure about one of the exercises on your Activtrax workout? Ask for “the Book” at the desk- a detailed catalogue and how-to for any exercise that Activtrax will assign you! The Studio

You'll find The Studio on the lower level of the Spring House. The Studio hosts group fitness and wellness classes daily and provides a quiet area to stretch and meditate. Most classes have a 12-person maximum capacity so be sure to sign up early! Class schedules do change week to week. Please sign-up at the Spring House Desk (x 1419) no later than 9:00 pm the night prior to a class beginning before noon,or at least 4 hours in advance for a class that begins after noon. Classes can only be guaranteed if 4 or more participants have signed up by the deadline.

Birthday Parties at the Spring House
